I don't have a scale at the moment because I'm on a month-long stay at this summer program at a college. Cafeteria food sucks, but whatever. Here's what I've had for the past week or so. I haven't had internet in awhile so that's why I'm posting this so late.

I can really tell the difference in just the way that I feel you know? Not eating any junk food just makes you feel great. I think a lot of my clothes are becoming less tight now, too, so that's also a plus. I just wish I knew how much I lost. I think I was like 147 when the day I left (July 14)

Ah, first day trying this out. Now I feel the guilt. :) But that was the point, right? Well here's what I ate today.

Breakfast: Raspberry "Whipped" Yogurt (140 calories)
Then I decided that that wasn't enough and indulged myself in some of my sister's Indian food she was having for breakfast; 1 samosa, some spinach, some garbonzo beans, and some yogurt sauce.
Lunch: There really wasn't anything, so I grabbed: 1 choc. chip cookie, and another Strawberry Whipped Yogurt, then I had another cookie. I also had a peach.
Dinner: I ate dinner late today because I have a class from 5-9. Usually I come home and I'm not even hungry, but today I was just stressed out & ate. I had some rice and yellow chicken curry. Then for dessert I ate ANOTHER yogurt and four green grapes. But eating those fruits didn't stop me from grabbing 2 chocolate chip cookies. Blah.
Drinks throughout the day: 3 bottles of water, 1 cup orange juice.

Exercise today: 4 laps on exercise bicycle, walked dog down the block.

Hello! I'm new to this community, and I'm glad I found it. I had to search through like 50 pro-eating disorder communities before coming here. I'm looking to lose enough weight to become healthy, not to become a bag of bones. My info is that I'm 4'11 (lol short) and currently weigh the most I've ever weighed in my entire life: 153 lbs. I'm only 17, and I don't want to be this fat (or get fatter) for the rest of my life. I'm pudging out because its summer and I have nothing to do but eat and sit on the computer / watch tv. My goal weight is going to be 115 lbs. I know I won't get down to that weight any time soon, but watching what I eat is the first step. I eat too many sweets and fatty comfort foods. It's not healthy for me. I'm hoping that by the end of August, I will have reached some where around 130 lbs again. I think that writing down what I eat will help me by making me feel at least guilty for stuffing myself with needless calories :P. Starting tomorrow I will record what I eat. :) Nice to meet you all.

A Whole Lotta DaysCollapse )

I keep bouncing between 142 & 140.5, so I haven't really found a good measurment yet. I've found weighing myself every morning helps keep me accountable for those bad days, of which I've had many.

Three DaysCollapse )

As you can see, not a great three days. I went out to dinner twice, and out to breakfast once. I need to slow down on the sweets & work on portion sizes.
